Pick a voice-to-text tool today and you are usually stuck choosing between two compromises. The built-in tools on your phone and laptop are free and unlimited, but the output is rough — no cleanup, no tone, no protection for names and jargon. The polished apps fix the writing, but most are cloud-only, capped at a couple of thousand words a week, and quiet about what happens to your audio and what they rewrite behind the scenes.
KoeDraft refuses that trade. The free tier runs on your device's own speech engine with no word limit and works offline, so the basic experience costs nothing and keeps your voice on your phone. When you want more, an optional on-device Enhancement Pack adds AI cleanup and translation without going to the cloud, and optional cloud plans add best-in-class accuracy only if you choose them. Across every tier, you see the raw transcript next to the cleaned version, with uncertain words flagged, so nothing is changed silently.
KoeDraft is an original product. Its design, flows, and prompts are its own — not a copy of Wispr Flow, Glaido, Superwhisper, Aqua Voice, or any other dictation app.
The private path is the default path. Audio is processed and discarded, history is off until you switch it on, and the free tier can run entirely on your device.
We show what changed. Raw and clean text sit side by side and uncertain words are flagged, so a misheard name or a shifted meaning never slips through unseen.
Dictation should not be rationed. The on-device free tier has no weekly word cap and no account required to start writing.
Your transcripts and settings are yours. You can export them or delete everything at any time — one tap wipes history and account data.
